Product returns must be mailed back within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the Product. Product(s) must be unworn with tags on to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any shipping fee and a flat rate of $ 9.99 return shipping fee. shipping fees. Emilia George reserves all rights to reject any returns that do not pass our return standard. 

IN-STORE:

Emilia George offer returns on eligible items fourteen (14) days from when your order is purchased. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the items and in the original form of payment, all merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Product(s) must be unworn with tags and brought into the store in their original packaging to receive a refund or exchange minus a flat rate of $ 9.99 return shipping fee.  Emilia George reserves all rights to reject any returns that do not pass our return standard.
